Beckham and Pepsi part company

After 10 years, Pepsi have not renewed David Beckham's contract to promote their fizzy drink. The deal was reported to be worth £UK2m a year. Over the years Beckham has been associated with a range of brands, including Gillette, Adidas, Vodafone, Armani and Police along with many others. Beckham has led the way in brand and image promotion for sporting stars and has shown how much image can be as important as talent when it comes to pay-day.
